Woo Dashboard crashes WordPress

    Hi when I select Dashboard in Woo to view stats it will not load the stats, takes forever. If I navigate away it crashes WordPress with ‘Service Unavailable
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’ Anyone else had this issue and a fix?

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry you to read you’re having issues with the stats page.

    Are you using a security addon? If so, can you please turn it off for a moment and retry?

    Also, are you able to open your browser developer tools to see the error in the console?

    Chrome: View > Developer > Developer Tools
    Firefox: Tools > Web Developer > Toggle Tools
    Safari: Develop > Show Web Inspector

    Hi thanks for your reply. Yes, so I deactivated All In One Security. Then going to the WWooCommerce Dashboard the Chrome Developer Tools Console repeatedly states:

    Failed to load resource: net:: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    with

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503. ()

    Hi there,

    Did you change any domain settings such as the name servers within the last few hours? The name servers could be propagating, and causing this issue.

    Hey, ok, in that case I’d suggest you check with your hosting company, there might a blocker on their side.
