Can you explain what you’re trying to do for your shipping/what costs?

I want to build a webbshop for a customer where she can sell her paintings and I am using woo commerse. When you chose one of her paintings and go to checkout I want that the byer can se the shipment that is 29.90 swedish krones. I get so far that you can se the shipment but after there is standing (gratis) which means free. When you completes purchase the shipment is not counting in the total price. And I cant understand where I should change this. Is it something in the settings I cant find?

@mariafabach do you have a standard (flat) rate for shipping – 29.90?

I have seen them and I think I have done it right but somehow my issue is still there.

You did not show the flat rate settings. Thats where the costs are defined.

Im sorry but I cant find where that is. I have a swedish version and I have tried too translate too find the right word, but I still cant find this.

In the english version its within

Woocommerce >> Settings >> Click on Shipping Tab

Presuming you are wanting flat rate of 29.90 Kr.

1. Within the shipping tab, click on Flat Rate tab and make the appropriate settings.. (i think you have done this). Also ensure the Flat Rate method is Enabled through the check box

2. Important – Click on the Free Shipping tab.. within Shipping Tab.. Ensure that the box stating “Enable Free Shipping” is unchecked. I think Free shipping is enabled in your settings and thats why it may be overriding free shipping.
