Woo commerce widgets not working whit Virtue

  • Hello, kadencethemes team. I have a problem with WooCommerce widgets using virtue.
    I have activated the widget to search by category with folding tab, and the products search bar widget.
    The problem is that when I search with these widgets I’ve obtained this result:

    “It is not found
    Sorry, but the page you are trying to view does not exist.
    It seems that this is the result for all:

    °mistyped address
    °obsolete link”

    I haven’t new widgets since the time when problems begun. The last plugin I installed was several months ago.

    I have updated to the latest versions of WooCommerce, WordPress and Virtue. I made the mistake of not track the performance of widgets and do not know when stopped working, but the truth is that it was in any of the last three of any of the above update: WooCommerce, wordpress or virtue. Have you had reports of similar problems to mine?
    In sistem status (WooCommerce), I have no notice of outdated plugins.

  • I tested the WooCommerce widgets on my test site and everything seems to be working. Where exactly have you added them on your site?

    I would check to make sure your site is all up to date on these plugins though, just incase they didn’t show up in your dashboard.

    Virtue should be version 2.7.1
    WordPress should be 4.5.2
    and WooCommerce should be 2.5.5

    Check those out and make let me know what you find.

    What are your permalink settings (settings > permalinks)?

    In your settings > permalinks try clicking the save button.

    I clicked save button and looks like that resolved the problem. I tested the widgets and are working fine.

    You want to see my permalink settings? I can upload some screen cap.

    If you saving fixed then you don’t need to show the permalink settings.
