    I’m working on a website that is going live in one or two weeks, I’m currently finalizing the payment/ bank integration.

    Yesterday I was trying to add some requirements the bank asked to include and for some reason my Divi Theme wasn’t working properly. I activated safe mode and Divi started working just fine. I deactivated safe mode and started looking for the plugins that were interfering. Apparently, Woo-Commerce (ver. 5.7) was the culprit.

    Also, my client tried making a purchase and got a message saying there was no payment method available. We know there are payment methods available because we just finished the payments testings and we were about to try using real credit cards.

    Just wondering if the new update is the one messing up the checkout/payment process…
    I’ve been reading that many stores have been having issues since the update. I hope they fix this SOON!

    Thanks for reaching out! I’ve not heard of reports where the 5.7.0 update is having issues with payment gateways or Divi, so I’d like to gather a bit more information.

    1. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Were you previously on an older version of WooCommerce where your site was working just fine?

    3. What payment gateway are you using?
