Woo commerce not in communication with mailbox

  • My website is hughsawrey.com
    I run the latest version of WordPress
    I have a woocommerce shop I’m setting up.
    I have run product purchase tests and everything works including paypal receipts etc.
    However my Outlook mailbox (associated with my hosting package) is not receiving New Purchase messages
    Woocommerce does not appear to be in communication with it.
    I have filled out all the settings fields with the correct email for receiving reports
    My mailbox works in most other instances.
    Can you let me know if there is something I need to do in WP or if there is info i need to get woocommerce to talk to the mailbox.

    ps. A contact form widget on the home page also no work…
