• Hello,

I am having issues integrating Woocommerce with the theme ‘Induspress’ which I am wanting to use to build a website for my client. I don’t profess to be an expert in web design and have hit my first major hitch.

Woocommerce isn’t integrating well with the site, and when pressing on a product in my store simply displays a broken page and only part of a header.

When using other themes this doesn’t happen, so I know it’s an issue with Induspress, however I really need to find a way to overcome it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? and if not could you suggest an alternative way I could integrate a shop function on this site?

    Many thanks

    Imali

I also have just noticed on my website ‘pages’ I do not have any kind of product information page listed that I guess woocommerce may use as a template, I only have things like Basket, account and checkout – am I missing something?

WooCommerce should be compatible with any proper WP theme, though there are certain mechanisms a theme can do to be “more” compatible. We’re unable to help you much because we don’t have access to your theme’s source code. You need to reply upon the theme’s devs for assistance.

WooCommerce only adds pages that are directly requested like “cart” or “account”. There are a slew of other templates it uses for things like products within the plugin that are not directly requested but inferred from the request. They don’t show up in “pages” list table.
