Woo Commerce Integration

Hello,

I am looking for help integrating WooCommerce with my website, I followed the general guide here, and ended up settling for ‘Replacing the loop’:

Which works OK for very simple products, but now I am trying to sell products with more detail and have the product image galleries intact. So I really want to integrate this properly and have everything work correctly.

I am stuck with trying to get the hooks to work with this theme, can somebody let me know what I need to type in my themes functions.php
