Woo commerce Fixed Quantity Dropdown Box Not showing on quote list Page

That look like a paid plugin, so I can’t support it because I don’t have that plugin and do not want to buy ??

it better to ask them because, usually, paid app provide good support for their product

When I activate Fix Quantity plugin and go to Products->All products. I got blank page(No products listed). I’m using wordpress 4.9.2 with Woocommerce version 3.2.6. Can you show me how to fix it? thank you

hi @jimmy77, thank you for using our plugin. Regarding your issue, it may be caused several things.

1) is your wooCommerce website already have products before?
2) it may conflict with another plugin. Please try activate the plugin one by one
3) if you can access to the error log, it will be better to understand the problem. Please provide the latest php error log

Thank you for your support. Here is the error when I activate Fix Quantity plugin.

Still no products show up with every plugins deactivated except Fix Quantity….I have deleted every products and create new with FIX Quantity enabled. It let me create but still not showing on Products page….weird

@jimmy77, regarding your error message, I will fix it soon on next release. However, if you can’t wait, You may try one of:

1) if you have root access, install php-mbstring (ubuntu$ sudo apt install php-mbstring)
2) if you have access to cpanel, you may enable mbstring. see screenshot https://sc.kalicode.net/34fdeb.png
