Woo commerce emails not sending!

For the past few days emails that are to be sent automatically are not. I am not receiving email notifications of new orders and I found out that my customers also have not been receiving any emails (confirmation of order, etc). When I initially contacted woo commerce I was told it was a server issue. I contacted hostgator and everything on their end is fine and they stated I needed to contact google apps. Google apps says they see no problem on their end and that its an issue with woo commerce. I have installed email log, check email, and wp mail smtp. None of it has worked. I also looked up old support threads but nothing in their has helped me as well. I hope someone knows what the issue could possibly be. Also, I can receive emails and send emails fine, its just when an order is placed, emails are not received or sent via woo commerce. Thanks!
