woo commerce dashboard not showing information

    Since the last upgrade my woo commerce dashboard does not display any data. Up until the latest upgrade this dashboard worked perfectly showing graphs , customers ect now all you get is a blank screen. Any ideas why and has any other forum members having the same issue ?

  • Hi Paul. We have noticed a few other customers reporting Analytics issues with 4.2, but we haven’t gotten too far in diagnosing them yet. Are you getting any JavaScript errors on the page? You can see steps for opening the console in your browser of choice here.

    Secondly, are you getting any errors in your fatal error logs that correspond to when you attempted to view the reports? You can check your fatal error logs by going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard. Note when trying to match up timestamps that the fatal error logs are server logs, and will thus be in UTC rather than your site’s local time.
