When my customers add a product to cart, they get a different product on checkout.
For example, you add a t-shirt and in checkout it gives you trousers.
I’ve already updated everything, gone through the troubleshooting and removed everything deprecated but problem is still recurring.
It seems to be an issue with my woo-commerce plugin
Here are some links to the problem:
file wp-cron.php. to debug the script error

  • Hi @bossangelshop. That warning shouldn’t be causing this issue. What you’re describing sounds like it’s due to caching. Do you have any caching on your site? If so, you will need to disable it on the cart and checkout pages. While mixing up products is annoying, a much more serious possibility is that customers’ billing information is being cached as well, so I would recommend double-checking that.

Thank you for your response. However, I’ve updated my cache many times and the issue is still occurring. I have many cache plugins but still no use? I got told by my hosting supporter that its a design/plugin error?

I agree with my colleague here, the only instances where I’ve seen this in the past is when caching was an issue. Are you seeing the same issue when disabling all of your caching plugins (incl. ones that might be auto-installed by your hosting provider)? Can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!
