woo commerce causing site to be down

    Hi there,

    Woocommerce seems to be causing an error on my website. I have disabled all other plugins and even tested theme compatibility by changing to the twenty-twenty four theme and it still causes an error that says:

    Too many redirects occurred while trying to open (any page). This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which is then redirected to open the original page.

    Help would be much appreciated

    To confirm, you followed the exact same steps on the live site and the issue persisted?

    Are the same plugins active on both sites? Are all of them on the same versions? What about the theme?

    Should I upload changes I made to staging site to production site?

    If the staging site has 100% of the set up and data you need on the live site, then you can try to see if doing this fixes the issue on the live site.

    But please be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
