New products being added to WooCommerce are not syncing to square anymore.
All threads and workarounds I have read have not resolved the issue.
The business location in woo commerce no longer displays any address to select from under WooCommerce > settings > square tab > business location
Sync setting is set to WooCommerce. This has not been changed.
The Woocommerce > Settings > Update > SyncNow button is also disabled preventing manual sync.
On the latest version of the Square plugin.

There have been no changes to the website, only updating woocommerce and the plugins. This is impacting my business, please assist.

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your products are not syncing to Square, and even running a manual sync is impossible since the Sync Now button is disabled, correct?

I can see that you have all the requirements to run Square smoothly as listed here. One last thing, can you please confirm that your site supports background processing to support automatic product sync?

If so, please check other troubleshooting tips listed on this support documentation about Sync Issues.

If still this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Hi Xue28,
1. We have disconnected square and then reconnected.
2. This allowed us to select the business location which was previously not available as a drop down option.
3. The manual Sync button is now enabled, however executing a manual sync = fails (fail time is 40 sec)
4. Error shown in the log was (2023-02-06T18:37:07+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Notes\NoteInitializer::add_notes Google account is not connected.) We deactivated the plugin and also deleted it.
5. We purged the Cache and re attempted to Sync, however this was unsuccessful.
6. Is there any other Log we can provide? What other recommendations do you have?

Hi,

I understand you have tried other workarounds so far without success.

Can you head to WooCommerce > status > scheduled actions > pending, try to manually run the pending actions? After some minutes, check again to see if the issue persists.

If that does not help, can you provide a screenshot of your Square settings? Please redact the Square keys since this is a public forum. To send screenshots, you can use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
