Woo Commerce and promotion codes

  • Hello,
    I would like to add promotion codes for a downloadable virtual New years card.
    I would like to put the code in the a calendar book that is sold in bookshops.
    How can I do this? People who purchase the calendar in bookshops can download the image with the promotional code on a card in the calendar.

    The options in woocommerce for the limitations are complicated for me …can someone help me think thru this…

    There are 3 limits of using the promotional code;
    limits for users
    limits for codes and
    limits for number of uses by user
    (and this is in French on my puter)

    I would like people to be able to download the card and send it to friends…how would I set the limits in this case please?
