Woo Checkout Manager preventing other delivery plugin from working

I use Woo Distance Rate Shipping (by Woo Commerce) author: Gerhard Potgieter, but it is not showing as an option on the Checkout Page when Woo Checkout Manager is activated. This problem doesn’t arise when I try it logged in but when I log out and attempt to ‘buy’ as a guest the Distance Rate Shipping disappears and only Local Pick up is an option.

On the Cart page it shows ‘Calculate Shipping’ but not the Local Pickup and then when I proceed to Checkout page, having put a postcode in, the distance rate shipping disappears.

This has been happening since at least last Tuesday (3rd May 2016), as a customer complained to my client. It took a while to hone down the problem but with my testing thought is solved (but turned out I was logged in at the time).

Could you please advise what the issue is with this? I’ve never had any problems with the two plugins working together before and they are two that many I imagine will want to use together (as both together create a bespoke delivery solution for small businesses, such as florists.
