Anybody experienced this? I was working with another logged-in admin user and my customer shipping and billing address information switched with his information and my information switch to his. Two different computers and location. How is that even possible? It’s concerning and not sure if a plugin caused that or a problem with WooCommerce. Maybe it’s a cookie issue? I’ve never seen this issue.

  • Hey there, @joesmith7777! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Let me make sure I understand what happened ??

    • You have two admin user accounts on your website
    • Each account has different addresses saved on the My Account section on the live site
    • You were logged in on one of the accounts and noticed that the saved addresses were switched

    Correct?

Does anyone else have access to either account?

Do you have any plugins that manage user accounts in anyway?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hello. Thanks for the reply back. You are correct on the outlining issue. No, each admin does not have access to each others account. No, we are not using any plugin for user accounts or management. Running WooCommerce v9.1.2. Below are the reports and log files requested –

    Hi @joesmith7777,

Thanks for sharing further details on this.

First and foremost, I’m able to notice a couple of your plugins are outdated, including WooCommerce and WordPress. Could you first update all your plugins to the latest versions, as most updates tend to solve issues?
