    Since our theme was not compatible, we removed this plugin. But I noticed that in the back-end (Since this plugin was activated), the product search is not loading anything and time-outs. However, as mentioned, this plugin is uninstalled.

    I just want to know, if there are any files stored in the server I should remove/delete as well? (maybe in phpmyadmin), etc. I have seen threads here and online where people have said this plugin has caused this issue.

    Those threads are wrong: Relevanssi has nothing to do with it.

    If you even deactivate Relevanssi, it won’t have any affect on anything in your site. It simply cannot, there’s no mechanism for it. Relevanssi can only affect things when it’s installed and active.

    Using the WordPress plugin delete feature should remove all traces of Relevanssi from your server and your database.
