Woo App Connection Issue

    When trying to connect a store on the Woo app I am being met with “it looks like this username/password isn’t associated with this site”

    This password is 100% correct because I am able to access the online Jetpack website and see the website that is connected.

    This is a fresh install of Jetpack on a new website.

  • Hi @mkdsgns,

    I can see you mentioned having issues connecting to your website using the Woo app, and that you are getting a wrong username/password combination error. Are you using the WP-Admin credentials that you have set when first installing WordPress, or rather the WordPress.com credentials that you used to connect the Jetpack plugin?

    To connect on the app, make sure you are using the WP-Admin credentials. If you have lost that or forgotten it, you can reset it:
