    so i have the plugin installed but it doesnt want to work on my oceanWP theme

    Try this custom version for OceanWP Theme.
    Download version 5.0.1 from the bottom of the page Here.
    Delete the version you currently have installed, then upload and activate version 5.0.1.
    Clear any caches you have, and let us know how you go.
