    Hi,

    Since the latest update of WooCommerce, version 7.5.1, I noticed the following bug.

    Only on Safari, the checkout cannot be completed.
    On the page where the costumer gives their name, address, phone number, ect, Woocommerce consists in saying not all required fiels are filled out. When infact they are! It works fine on Chrome and Edge, but not on Safari.

    This seems like a bug in the latest Woo version te me.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues on your sites checkout page, where the checkout cannot be completed in Safari due to being notified that not all required fields are filled out, when, in fact, they are. Is this correct?

    I have gone to your sites checkout using Chrome and Safari, and here is what I see on my end:

    Chrome:

    Safari:

    There are input fields missing when visiting your sites checkout page in Safari, which results in the notice “Please fill in the required fields” being displayed.

    Please could you confirm if you are seeing the same on your end when viewing your site in Safari?

    Furthermore, I am unable to reproduce this issue in my test site (which uses the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress and has the default Storefront theme active), as I am able to complete the checkout on Safari without any issues.

    Would you mind sharing a copy of the following, in order for us to get a better understanding of your sites current environement:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Thank you for your effort.
    In Safari: I don’t see the fields are missing.
    In stead, I fill out all fields and still get the message that required fields are missing.

    Here are the status report and the fatal errors. Hopefully it can help.

    It appears that this occurs when the page translates to English, which is what happened on my end, resulting in the missing input fields.

    In stead, I fill out all fields and still get the message that required fields are missing.

    I have checked your site again in Safari and I did not encounter any issues during checkout. After completing the checkout fields, I am taken to the payment processor without any issues, as seen below:

    Is there perhaps a specific payment option that needs to be selected for this issue to occur, or does it occur with all payment options on checkout?

    Also, please can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end on checkout, with the error message as it is.

    Additionally, can you try doing this in Private mode and see if this makes any difference on your end?

    For my customers on Safari the issue occures on this payment methode: Ideal – ING. Two screen images.

    Hi @vandermeerjp ,

    This is indeed very strange, as the payment processor opens for me on Safari (Version 16.3) when selecting iDEAL “ING” as the payment option.

    Here is a screencast of how my results.

    Are there any similarities with the customers experiencing this issue, such as specific locations, products, etc?
