Updated our woo store to 6.2, since then huge CPU seconds spikes as well as executions on server. Anyone else experiencing this?

  • Hi @illingco

    Thanks for reaching out.

Are you experiencing any errors since updating to WooCommerce 6.2?

If not, the spike in CPU seconds may be due to other reasons as well such as other software running on the system or may be undetected malware.

Let’s leave the thread open for anyone to report who is experiencing a similar behavior since the latest WooCommerce update.

    Thanks

No errors, and senior host techs tried finding plugin conflicts but could not. No malware as they checked that. Conflict with Woo and any combination of Yoast, Woocommerce AvaTax, and SearchWP. Any known conflicts as of yet on these?

    Hey @illingco,

I’m not aware of any. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks

Strangely, this seems to have resolved with more recent updates, but I had to do a restore of the site from the day before. That restore point also no longer had Quaery Monitor installed, which could have also had a conflict with my combination of theme and plugins. It had been generating far too many self generated requests to DB. For now, I suppose you can close this thread.

    Thanks for letting us know.

I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.

    Thank you.
