Woo 3 imports gibberish from aliexpress

After the latest woocommerce update all the variable data from products i import from aliexpress are transformed into gibberish. So if i import reading glasses with eye prescription +1, woocommerce imports the sku 1-2-22998650 and uses the last 3 numbers as eye prescription which is not right. Before woo 3 it worked flawlessly. All plugins and themes are uptodate. I need hel because i can not import products anymore
