Won’t work when adding a video via URL

  • When you want to create a video player, a dialogue box pops up. There’s a place to add the URL of a video, as well as place to add the title, and a place to upload a thumbnail. Next to the place to add the URL of a video, there is a button to add add the video. (I can’t remember the text that is on the button.) There is no other button in the pop-up.

    When I click on the only button in the pop-up, nothing happens.

    Can you, please, give us more details about the video source you are trying to publish?
    The URLs can be added only from YouTube and Vimeo. Is it possible you are trying to insert a custom URL?
