won’t work; terrible support

I wanted to sort categories separately and was told by their “support” I could do so if I bought the advanced version, so I did, because the free version also sorts “Recent Posts,” which I do not want.
Does not work. Sorts 1 category and not another, despite all settings being exactly the same. I Contacted them on the support forum where I posted my initial question, but my question was deleted without comment. I emailed them, and revived no response.
Worst $50 I ever spent.
