Won’t work on mobile, cannot download multiples

<p><p>I made a support request over two weeks ago and haven’t had a response.</p><br /><p>I cannot download multiple items. I click on each file while holding command to highlight them. It seems to go through the actions, gives a notification on screen to say ‘Download completed’, but nothing pops into the browser window or downloads folder.</p><br /><p>The capability to download multiples at once is crucial to my client experience. I’m a photographer and plan to deliver all their images and videos this way. Single file download will be a poor experience that I’m not willing to force my clients to do.</p><br /><p>I cannot access any sub folder on mobile. An error message appears when I tap on it. I can only view images/files in the root folder. I also get error messages whenever I tap on sync or sort.</p><br /><p>08/12/22 – After mentioning the problems I experienced in this review, the developer sorted out the issue after make some changes and logging into my website to get it working.</p><br /><p>08/01/23 – New request for assistance. The plugin is not displaying onsite again. Previously it dropped away (about a month ago) and I refreshed the configuration which fixed it. Now, I can’t get it to show at all. I can’t see anything wrong; it’s appearing in the edit page function but not on the live page.</p><br /><p>Please help to fix this, thanks.</p></p>

<p>11/01/23 – The developer made some changes and released an update. It’s now working.</p>
