Won't upload Video from iPhone

  • Hi!

    I am trying to upload a video from my iphone library using frontend uploader. I hit submit and it goes to a white screen and the file never comes through to my Manage UGC and I do not get an email.

    I am able to upload photos just fine from my iphone.

    Please let me know how I can get this to work. In the uploader settings I have selected every single file type allowed for upload.

    Hey,

    There’s something quirky with uploading .mov files in iOS itself. I fixed the fata (white screen)l in 0.7.1 but so far haven’t found solution for the issue.

    Hi Rinat,

    Any idea on when you may have this issue fixed? It seems as though you offer the only user video upload plugin worth a darn. It would be greatly appreciated if this can be solved soon.
