    Our product titles are in all caps. Why won’t this plugin work to sync products when the titles are in all caps?

    It’s important to note that the plugin should work regardless of the text case. However, there might be certain factors causing this issue.

    Could you please check if you’re using the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin? If not, updating the plugin might resolve the issue.

    If you are using the latest version, then it’s possible that there could be a conflict with another plugin or theme. To isolate this, you could temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins and theme one by one to identify the source of the conflict. You can find a detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.

    If the issue continues, there might be an issue with the data feed to Facebook. You can check this by going to the Facebook Business Manager, selecting Catalogue Manager, then Product Data Sources. Here, you can check if the products are listed correctly.     Greetings, thanks for your suggestions. I don’t have access to the client’s FB store, and I cannot change the theme or deactivate plugins on a very active live site, and I don’t think I can ‘sync’ a dev site nor would I want to, to a live FB store. So my ability to test for conflicts is limited, unless you have a way around that I’m not thinking of. I’ve asked the client to look into the FB business manager and check the settings.

    Product titles in all capital letters goes against Facebook’s own commerce policies.

    As you can see from the below screenshot, if I try to edit one of my existing products (original title is Beanie ) to make it all capital letters, I get the following error:

    That is why products in all capital letters can’t be synced.
