Could you please check if you’re using the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin? If not, updating the plugin might resolve the issue.
If you are using the latest version, then it’s possible that there could be a conflict with another plugin or theme. To isolate this, you could temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront. If the issue continues, there might be an issue with the data feed to Facebook. You can check this by going to the Facebook Business Manager, selecting Catalogue Manager, then Product Data Sources.
