Syncs large shops now

  • Now syncs large shops and seems to work properly

    It won’t sync a large store and you’re expected to add code and cron jobs to make it work, how about you just create a better plugin?

    @batcom we’re sorry to hear that you’ve had issues with the plugin – but we’re positive that with a little bit of effort you’ll be up and running. Do you mind explaining a little bit more about your situation so we can help?

    You’re not expected to add code or to create a cron job – but the rule of thumb for a larger store is to run processes in the command line whenever possible. That’s why we give options like this. It will work faster, and also not rely on site traffic to trigger events etc.

    We would be more than happy to work with you – please let us know a little bit more about your situation – and if you would like to speed things up – please send your plugin logs to ryan (at) vextras.com so I can review them personally.

    @batcom just to follow up on this with you one more time – we’ve released a new version 2.3 yesterday that should fix the issues which you had previously. If you’re not updated yet, please do that and let us know if things work out better for your store.

    Hey @ryanhungate Version 2.3 is not syncing to the woo store. It was working fine before the update but now it keeps on syncing and doesn’t complete the process. what should i do?
