Wont show the lasted feed items

    Hi!

    Im trying to pull a feed, which works, but i wont display the latest items. I have about 5-6 items in my feed from the latest 5 hours that wont display – they do show up later. I tried to delete the feed and ad it again, but still wont fetch items fom the latest hours. any idea on this behaviour?

    Hi, sorry to hear that.

    Can you please send me the URL of the feed in question so that I can test it out myself?

    Also, have you confirmed that the feed items are immediately available in the feed and that they’re there to be fetched and displayed?

    Yeah its wierd. Its a feedburner feed, and they do show up a few houyrs later, but its always a few items behind for a few hours. It works with otger feedburner feeds though. This is the link: https://feeds.feedburner.com/hypebeast/feed

    Have you checked your Feed Processing Interval setting by any chance? If this is set to update, say, every 6 hours, then if a post is published now, it will not show up on your site until the next update interval.

    Please check this setting from both your general and feed source’s settings.

    Yes of course, I made sure its set to 5 minutes.

    Hi, I’ve tested the feed source on my test site and the feed items were imported fine. Since it seems your settings are fine, and if the issue keeps persisting, I can suggest contacting us through a support ticket here. When doing so please provide us with the login details for your site so that we can take a closer look at what is going on.

    Do note that this is meant only for premium support requests, however I will make an exception and do my best to find the time to look into your issue for you.
