• Hi. I’m trying to use the slider but need for the date to show up as a range – so instead of June 4, I need for it to say June 4 – November 22 (because it’s an art exhibit). How do I go about doing that? I thought maybe the start_date and end_date handled that but it seems that’s only for defining a range of dates to show and won’t impact the slide.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @meridianagency,

Please use the date_format=”full” in shortcode attribute.

    Thanks & Regards

No, that doesn’t show the start and end dates, that only shows the time. I want it to say June 5 – November 12 on the slide and it only says June 5. If you set it to FULL it just says June 5 all day.

I’m using the “all day” format because there are no “times” related with this art exhibit and if I add in dummy times then those will display on the actual event page. The “full” time format feature does work with entered times but NOT with the all day feature.

    Hi @meridianagency,

The current version of our plugin does not support this type of date format for all-day events.

    Thanks & Regards
