Won't show if it's not logged in

I have found that unless you are logged into a Facebook page, nothing actually shows in the widget.
So IF someone doesn’t have a Facebook account, it shows blank, if they are NOT logged into their account it shows blank.
My site is currently locked in a sandbox, so I don’t have a URL but I can guarantee that this is an issue.
Please let me know what the fix is.

i think i found some problem about facebook page,
work https://www.facebook.com/narkdeveloper/ (is page admin)
nothing show https://www.facebook.com/nbc2557/ (just follower)maybe problem about fb page
