    Anybody know how to fix this? Im interested in pro but not sure I can use this. Any images I upload new will be available to post but any older ones will not.

    Not sure why but if I embed a NEW image it shows and adds a code to the post like this:
    <img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-2048″ src=”https://mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/cartoon-mountain-bike-524450.png&#8221; alt=”cartoon-mountain-bike-524450″ width=”900″ height=”900″ />

    But if I choose one of the existing images it only inserts this code:

    <img class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-1976″ alt=”” />

    Can you try deactivating all the plugins and use a default theme to test the issue, it’s some plugin conflict and mostly not smush.

    Ok Tried to contact support with no luck.

    On the contact form, select “I have a different question”

    Can you please send in:

    If you are a premium member you can directly go to our forums.

    In order to debug this particular issue I need you to contact us through the contact form on website. As I haven’t received any mail yet, I can’t really do anything in here unless I get the required details.

    There is contact information on that page you just missed the instructions provided by our developer.

    Once you land on the contact page given by Umesh you need to click on the dropdown https://screencast.com/t/iYXiY4Q6 and select “I have a different question”, once you do the contact form will appear https://screencast.com/t/KLTShx1q.

    Normally we do not offer our developer assistance straight away but Umesh was kind enough to check the issue so he can speed up the process and fix this as fast as possible for you.

    Can you please use the contact form as instructed above so we can help you resolve this issue.
