• I recently updated WP, and the plugin to Version 4.0.39. There are two forms, “Place Order” and “Instant Quote”.

I’m able to change the email address and the redirect settings for the “Instant Quote” form. I also tested the styles fields and it worked as well.

On the “Place Order” form I can make & save a change on the BASIC and STYLES tabs, but can not save the settings changes on the STYLES, LABELS, SECURITY, ADVANCED fields.

I have deactivated the other plugins (Wordfence, Anti-Malware, and 1 captcha plugin). I have also switched to the WP 2015 theme. It does not solve anything.

    Thanks.

Thank you for your reply mbrsolution.

I did do the test file, we’ve got php v 5.4.45, and did not find Suhosin.

When I add php_value max_input_vars 3000 to the .htaccess file in the root it gives an error:

ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

This plugin, with these two forms, was working fine previously as I was able to create the forms to begin with and have everything working as expected.

Hi, so apart from the fact that it is not working now what else changed in your site since you mentioned above that it was working well until you updated WordPress and the plugin?

What was your previous plugin version before you updated the plugin?

Do you know if your host made any changes to your server?

In regards to the following. That means that your server does not have that feature installed or activated.

When I add php_value max_input_vars 3000 to the .htaccess file in the root it gives an error:

ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

I am using this plugin with the latest version of WordPress 4.4.1 in different servers and I have no issues. I am also even testing this plugin with WordPress 4.5 Alpha without any issues.

    Kind regards
