Won't resize laaaarge images

Great plugin!
Just tested it with image 12000 x 8000 px @ 14.5 MB and it didn’t resize.
Is it something that can be tweaked with settings?(I have changed RIBU_MAX_UPLOAD_SIZE to 31457280b)
