  • It seems that there was a communication error between us.

    In their ticketing system they never received my email replies, and in my email I never received a reply from them… resulting in no one responding to one another.

    In other words, the lack of response regarding the Elementor integration and/or refund could have been entirely due to technological errors.

    So, for that and their willingness to refund me I’ll retract my original 1 star review until proven otherwise.

    With that being said, their Elementor integration is still incomplete and anyone thinking about purchasing BetterDocs for it should wait until they complete the integration.

    Currently, you cannot create a documentation category page with Elementor & BetterDocs, resulting in an incomplete design that’s not usable in a production environment unless you enjoy being entirely off-brand and love destroying the UX.
