    Not off to a great start with Elementor which wouldn’t recognise my email address when I set up my account so I had to resort to using my personal one. Tells me it dones’t exist…I’ve checked it and it works fine so I’m not sure why this has happened.

    I can see that it’s a bit of an old query, do you still require support regarding this topic?

    Could you please elaborate on the issue?
    Which steps have led to this problem or which steps have you tried so far to resolve it?
    If you could point out the cause of the issue here, it could help users in a similar situation as you have encountered.
    Also, if you could provide the following, it’ll be great:
    A screenshot / Screencast ?of the issue.

    I am having issues with this too. I contacted Elementor support who suggested a Yahoo or Gmail address was more reliable!

    Not sure where that advice comes from, but the address that they won’t accept is an Office 365 address on a business domain. SPF/DKIM/DMARC are all set up, and works just fine for everyone else.

    Elementor support appear to have given up with me, so not currently inclined to invest in their product, which is a shame as it does appear useful, and I potentially have a number of follow up sites to migrate in a similar way.
