Won't recognise my account or password!

Hi, I literally bought my website this morning. Since then, I’ve had to change my password five times because it doesn’t recognise my password each time (even though I saved them so I knew they were correct) and now it’s telling me that there is no registered users with my username/password. This is my first try at having my own website, and after paying ￡90, I am really rather annoyed that I can’t even log into my account. And when I eventually do after being blocked for 30 mins, I can’t connect to JetPack because my password isn’t correct – BUT I JUST USED IT TO LOG ON. Frustrated barely covers it.
