  • I have the same issue here (latest version chrome, all latest version WP/woocommerce etc, SSL in place) – does work if you open in a new tab.

Will @piffpaffpuff be updating the plugin to fix this issue or should I copy the code above?

I tried all mentioned here. I use Chrome to print my invoices.
But since the update was made I always get the 404 Error. No matter if I try right click and open in a new tab or not.
The code replace in /inculdes/class-wcdn-print.php did’t work either.
Nor did it help to save the permalinks or the Print settings again. This plug in was sooo great before. And a few weeks before the update was made I made a very beautiful template for the prints. It would be really great if it will be fixed ??

@art-wood.de – I suggest you make a backup and then deactivate the plugin, uninstall it, then reinstall it. I had a similar problem and this fixed it. You would need to replace the template after that.

@academicdigital – I’m sure the problem will be fixed in a future version, however you can benefit from this patch job by pasting the code in now.

@art-wood.de – Go into WooCommerce ->Settings -> Accounts and make sure that the “My Account Page” is set. If it is not set, it will yield a page not found 404.

    hi Robertfarkle,

wow that did the trick! How did you figure that out??
I am not sure about the design. It looks similar to that what I ve made for me. But the look doesn’t change, no matter what css file I use.
For noe I went back to the old version, to get some invoices printed I need tomorrow.
    Thank you for your idea!

@art-wood.de I’ve decided that what I really wanted to be was a support person, so I’ve been trolling the threads for problems that I can address. ??

Actually, your problem was one that I had also experienced and I traced my steps to see what I had done.

I haven’t dug into the design / css portions yet. Guess we’ll see what tomorrow holds.

How is an update that will fix the problem for all of us coming? Three days now I can’t print orders. Thanks.

@andrew DiMino I understand you, but please be patient. I also want to fix the issue but I have a real life job that occupies me the whole week. The plugin is just a hobby.

An please consider: You didn’t pay anything for this plugin and if you would like to fix it faster you need to involve yourself on GitHub.

    More Information:

In WooCommerce – when I have “Force SSL” selected for my Checkout method – this plugin doesn’t work. When I turn that off – it works.

Love this plugin and I hope you can fix it sometime in the future.

    Thanks!

    Michael

Thanks to everybody for the help and patience: there is a new version available (3.0.6) that should fix the SSL problem.

Could please everybody test it and report back if it is working now?

It looks like it is working for me now. I’m getting the print dialog now. Much appreciated!

New issue I am seeing though – it’s printing out two sales tax lines. The first is correct. I’m not sure where it’s pulling the numbers from for the second.

@mharmontx great to hear. everything after the product list comes directly from woocommerce and I can’t really control what is in there. Can you make a screenshot to show the problem (please make a new topic).
