Won't Play in My Mobiles

    I have to admit; I poured over your prep pdfs and downloaded ffmpegX; could not figure out how to load the presets and could not interpret the presets to adjust the GUI… so maybe that is what I need to figure out.

    The player loads and I get the buffering swirl in my cell phones as the video loads, but then I get a message saying “Sorry, this video cannot be played.”

    YOUR video at videojs.com plays beautifully! So, I know it WILL work.
