Wont login..

  • I did a re-install, and now i cant log in. When i hit “go”, the page just refreshes itself. I’ve changed the md5 hash for the password (as suggested in other posts) but still no luck. It just keeps refreshing whenever i try to log in. Any idea whats wrong?
    PS: I accedentaly posted this in “instalation” forum. Sorry for the double-post ??

    I had (still consider it a problem but I can get it to work) too.
    My firelwall is ZA, browser is IE6. I find it necessary to kill all privacy controls in the firewall (accept all cookies AND turn off all Ad Blocking). I do this in IE as well and the admin interface then works ok.
    Additionally, (I think) I had to put my site in the trusted zone and disable the firewall for the trusted zone. Internet zone firewall may be kept high.
    And, this is important, when you’ve made changes that you hope will affect the operation … close all your browsers, bring up a new one and then go to your wp-admin page.

    Yes, it WAS Zonealarm! It was blocking the cookies. Thats for your help! ??
