won’t load shipping profile

    just trying to set up and try your plugin and can’t get past step 3 – configure shipping. I have 3 shipping profiles on etsy and it won’t load any of them. I have clicked “create shipping for etsy” but it just takes me to the list of ones I already have – and I did try creating a new one, but plugin still won’t load it. The plugin refers to them as “templates” but on etsy they are called profiles – is there a difference?

    Hi Solutions Redefined,

    It seems you might have calculated the shipping profile on Etsy.

    The plugin can only support Fixed Shipping Profile at the moment.

    However, we are developing a new feature to support calculated shipping too.

    You can try importing your shipping profile by creating fixed shipping.
