Won’t load on my site

  • Everyone else seems to love it but all I get is “Loading… please wait”.

    (It came preinstalled, I think as part of a ThimPress theme package I purchased.)

    @lynneinjapan, Thanks for your review. But there might be some problem with jQuery of your website. If is possible please provide us some screenshots of your browser console logs.

    It is not a reason to give 1 star.
    Ask thimpress for help.

    I’m afraid I have no idea what my browser console logs are. Anyway, I think I deleted the plugin since I wasn’t using it in any case. I’d happily remove the poor review but I don’t think I can. Equally, though, I can’t justify giving it any more stars since I haven’t been able to use it at all!

    But keeping it at 1 star is just confusing the public… If you haven’t use is and do not know how to rate it… You may use 2 options trying it again, or give is score as the average that people gave, somewhere between 4 or 5 stars.
