    Also, I have all cookies enabled in my browser. I have used Safari and Google Chrome, but the plugin just won’t let me past selecting my account type.

    Hello,

    The only issue that we are aware of until now in what the activation is concerned is the one with the third party cookies – the plugin needs to have them enabled in the browser in order to get activated. We are currently working on getting this fixed, so the activation will work either way, third party cookies enabled or not.

    In the meantime, please check once again that you have third party cookies enabled (not the regular cookies, but the third party ones) and let’s schedule a screen sharing meeting. Please let us know at [email protected] when it would be a convenient time for you.
