    Getting message “the uploaded file could not be move to wp-content/uploads”
    No hosting issues, just installed another plugin, np.
    Is it because I already have the free version?

    Hello there,

    If you are a paid user of our plugins then there is a dedicated channel for support for our paid users at : https://fatcatapps.com/support/

    I would suggest you to contact you there with your issue. Please keep in mind you will have to either deactivate or delete (you won’t lose nay data this way) the free version of the plugin before installing the paid version.
