Try deactivating Autoptimize, it sometimes creates issues with jQuery and many plugins (including PhotoBlocks) depend on it.

hey mate thanks so much for quick reply. I did that now it displays the boxes but photos arent there, just blue backgrounds?

Ok now the problem is that some lazy loading plugin is conflicting with the gallery. Check your plugins if you have some other kind of optimization plugin.

no worries, i have rocket plugin and i just unchecked lazyload on the page.

pro-tip for future debugging-purposes; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this (e.g. making sure jquery.js is excluded from optimization, which it is by default). there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
