    Hi,

    I am trying to fix a feed so I have deleted the last one and started a new one and now I keep getting the error seen in the image I have attached in the link.

    I have not changed any of the information put in. I am not sure what has happened. This worked fine for a while but has now just stopped.

    Any help would be great. Thanks

    Hi,

    1. Make sure you have the latest version 2.2.8 of our plugin installed.
    2. Set the product per batch to 100 or less from Woo Feed > Settings

    Thanks, It is the latest version and I reduced the batch to 100 and still get the same error.

    Thanks, I have responded it says the minimum response time is 2 days! What is the average? Is it worth just finding another plugin that does the same thing?

    I have lots of website that use this plugin and at the moment it is costing money as it is remarketing old products on Facebook.
