Won’t connect to our mailchimp account

– Have you tried to uninstall or reinstall?

Can I jump in on this thread as I too am having problems? I’ve been happily using Mailchimp for Woocommerce for a few months but it’s just come to light that after your recent update (15 April 2018) the plugin is no longer syncing with my site. Any products added to our sight since that update cannot be selected in Mailchimp, and nor can any coupon codes added since that update.

I did think about uninstalling and reinstalling, but I’m reluctant because I fear risking losing all the products and coupon codes already active in our automated Mailchimp newsletter emails. If you can assure me these existing emails (of which we’ve created many) won’t be adversely effected I’ll give it a go, but if not then this issue needs to be resolved somehow.

Wordpress 4.9.5
Mailchimp for Woocommerce 2.1.5
Woocommerce 3.3.5

We’re closing this ticket out since there have been three updates since this issue was posted and the issue at hand was addressed. We’ll be happy to investigate further if you are still seeing problems.
