Won't complete scan, gets stuck forever – free version

Hi,

Make sure your sites meet the system requirements and have at least 128MB of RAM allocated.

If you are on a shared hosting platform, try disabling Live Traffic to see if that helps.

Hello thanks for aswering. I did all that. the 3 sites using wordfence are in the same hosting. Just about an hour ago, the site with few post was able to finish the scan. My system requirements are not a problem. The plugin was working ok in the same server about 7 or 8 days ago. The other 2 sites, get stuck – these sites have not a lot of post, themes or plugins. It’s in Google safe browsing when it gets stuck for some reason, it always gets stuck at 19 files checked. Thank in advance for your help ??

Try the debugging mode on the bottom of the options page. This will give more information.
