• Hello,
My WordPress Dashboard states my WP version and Themes are updated. I downloaded the Redux Framework plugin, which gave me the Appearance > Theme Options back. Can anyone help with the following?

    1. When I make any changes under Theme Options, then click Save, I get this message: “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” Changes are not saved. The same thing happens on several pages – will not allow me to uncheck the “Allow Comments” box and save.

    2. The information found in the Appearance > Theme Options subcategories does not match the visual image presented on the website. Examples: Title font, tagline font color, content box icon colors, etc.

What is causing these glitches in functionality? Are other evolve theme users are experiencing these difficulties in saving changes? Most importantly, what do I need to do to fix it???

    Thanks,
    michellenoco

    Update – Most issues fixed:
    1. Disabled all plugins
    2. Re-installed WP 4.2.4 via Dashboard > Home > Updates >Re-Install Now
    3. Re-activated desired plugins
    4. Working like a dream again …
    5. EXCEPT those Front Page Content Boxes! They still want to display preloaded content, despite other text loaded into appropriate fields in editing. Have had to disable for now. I am aware that a fix is in the works via Evolve lite 3.4.3. (See other thread here).
How long until WordPress Theme Checker approves theme update?

    Hi,

Sorry, I do not know their work schedule, I believe most of them are volunteers, so it takes time. Please be patient.

    Thanks!
