    Can you please share more details regarding the error you get?

    Did you paste the CLOUDINARY_URL of your account in the Settings page of the plugin?

    Sharing a screenshot might help as well as a list of additional plugins and themes installed in your server.

    We believe that this issue was fixed in v1.0.3 of the Cloudinary plugin that was just released.
